Is Cold War still destroying the ps5?

I ordered a ps5 this week. However, I have the worry that if it arrives and I want to play cold war, it will break. Does anyone know if it has already been fixed or would it make more sense to continue playing on the ps4 cold war?

There's such a problem that Cold War breaks the PS5.

There's no news anywhere that the problem has been resolved. So I assume it can still happen.
