Ps4 breaks off connection?

We have recently changed the Internet service provider and since then breaks off the connection to ps4 every 30- 60 minutes, although the Internet on my phone laptop, etc. Works. I always have to restart Ps4 then I have internet again why is this?

Check out the router what the Wlan does. And then you'll see if it's really a problem with the internet.

How can I do that?

Open the web interface of the router.
