RB6 operator glitches?

Does anyone know glitches in Rainbow Six Siege where you can get operators for free? (PS4)

Yes, but it takes a long time and I already have 75% of all operators, but the last ones are 20,000 or 25,000 and I didn't want any one, but the ones that are left I have 21 from both teams
