Can I use a Chromecast Ultra on a FullHD TV?

I would love to play Google Stadia on my TV, but I only have an old 1080p TV. Stadia only works with the 4K-capable Chromecast Ultra. Can I connect the Chromecast to my old TV, or does it only work with 4K TVs?

The content will only be played in full HD, but otherwise everything works fine ^^
