I just do not know which one to choose, I'm sitting 70cm away from my 24 inch monitor.
I like the models from asus very well, but I do not find the right one.
I'm afraid that a 27 inch monitor is too big, on the other hand, I also want a bigger one than mys.
27 inches, Curved, 144-165hz, FullHD-WQHD, 650 euro.
Would you have a monitor that you can recommend to me?
I want to use the 1st monitor for gaming.
The second monitor for things like Netflix, YouTube, Twitch USW
The first monitor should have as already 144-165hz.
The second so around the 75hz.
There's just SO MANY, and I just do not know which one to take. For example, I like the Asus ROG Strix XG27VQ Very good, but the FullHD resolution just bothers me because it's slightly low at 27 inches in my opinion. Is FullHD good at 27 "?
WQHD - full-hd should fall away for you at the price range loose.
The selection of WQHD models with 144hz is relatively small, which helps schonmal.
If you like inputlag / response speed I would resort to the Dell S2716DG revision A05.
Otherwise to one of the 2-3 VA panels.
I would IPS because of the relatively poor panel (is almost always the same panel installed 1440p / 144hz sometimes on 165hz oc'd) - have i.d.r. Solid backlight bleed and with the IPS glow you have to get along too.
Monitor selection is immo '' pick your poison ''
You choose what kind of mistake you can live with.
Therefore, for gaming would go to the mentioned Dell - which is available for just under 500 euro - the response time is great and that's important for gaming with 144hz.
Then you have still 150-200 euro for a second monitor, here are quite cheap 4k devices - since you use that mainly for movies / streaming makes the immo sense.
