How mature are the cheat options for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon?

I'm going to get myself a Nintendo 3DS and one of the games Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon in the near future. However, since I lack the motivation to work out move sets, DV and EV values, levels, etc. Myself, I would like to know whether you can alternatively use the cheat module or the like. Put together the ideal Pokémon and then integrate it into the game.

You can homebrew your 3ds and download pkhex. You can use it to create and edit any pokemon. It does, however, involve a bit of effort.
