2FA on Twitch?

I only registered here because I'm currently stuck. It would be nice if there were serious answers, because I really don't know what to do next. What now?

This morning I wanted to enable 2FA authentication on Twitch. But somehow I got stuck. There was an SMS with a code, but it didn't work. I have an Authy app on my mobile phone and desktop, but I can't log in with my mobile phone number either.

& I can no longer log into Twitch normally as long as I have the code. The codes never arrived even though I have the correct cell phone number in there. I've tried so many times that it says now that I should try again later. I did & there was no code via SMS, email or anywhere else. Not even in the spam folder. I've already written to support, but it takes forever for them to answer. Is there a way to log into Twitch, or will it stay that way until it is fixed? It looks like this

And what does the Twitch support have to say about it that you have definitely already contacted?

Only that I should follow the steps in the help article "Setting up Two-Factor Authentication", which doesn't help me now.

I was able to activate it for myself without any problems.

The thing is, I did that with my original account too when I tried it. The account that hasn't been working since this morning is for my friend. We tried somehow, but I really have no idea what I / we did wrong. If I could come in, I would have changed the cell phone numbers, but that no longer works.
