Hi

A friend of mine is playing on Nintendo Switch and would like to activate 2FA. However, he does not receive a confirmation email.

He gave the correct email but he still doesn't get anything…

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

It can sometimes happen that the servers are overloaded and therefore the confirmation email can't always come. The email arrives after a few hours at the latest. If not, check that the email you have entered is correct.
