The trade law knows no allowances. The trade office will never ask you how much you have earned. It only counts the purpose of the profit. Therefore, there's no doubt that you must register the trade as soon as you make these offers.
Inform the Jobcenter. There's an exemption limit before this income is credited to you. I believe 100 euro / mtl.
