Youtuber or Livestreamer are considered as beginners (2019)?

I wanted to ask you what you would do as a beginner

Youtuber or Livestreamer on Twitch or Mixer.com

It also depends on what you have Pc, Xbox, Nintendo, Ps4

Mixer.com because there's still a chance as a small streamers and the streams then cut into videos and upload to Youtube

I've been doing YT for a long time, but I think on Twitch my chances of getting a little community are much better.

Twitch, because you can be found on the platform even as a smaller streamer well and receives spectators.
