Why can't I subscribe with Twitch Prime?

I linked my Amazon account with my Twitch account some time ago to benefit from Twitch Prime. It all worked wonderfully. Now, however, suddenly I can no longer subscribe to Twitch Prime. If I want to extend the subscription in the app on the PC it says "Prime subscription not yet available". However, when I click on "My Subscriptions" it says that I have no current subscriptions. If I try this in the browser on the PC, there's an error message. There's just a gray button on the phone that you can't click.

That confuses me a lot now.
