I have the problem that I now play on PS4 and have also got Rainbow Six Siege for it and have connected my existing Uplay account to it now I have the problem that I want the twitch prime loot for PS4 and not on PC

You need to connect your Ps4 to your Twitch account and you will get it automatically when you start the game. You can do this under Settings (on the Ps4), on Profile, then on Connect to other services, then on Twitch.
