Amazon Prime membership in twitch?

So I have just connected it to my twitch account and I'm wondering if you can do that with one person with the constant subscription through amazon prime, whether you can do it with the same person next, or you can only do it once with a streamer

You can do this over and over as long as you have connected your Prime account.
