Change email address at Twitch?

My sister would like to change her email address at Twitch because her former provider Tele2 is no longer active.

However, if you want to change the address at Twitch, there will always be an error message that the address could not be found with this account. So how can she change the email address?

As I said, the email provider was bought by another company. The address is therefore no longer up-to-date and for this reason my sister wants to change it to the new address.
