E-mail address?

It is an email address from me that is linked to my playstation 4 account. I should change my password at playstation and have to use this email address

Unfortunately I forgot the password and when I press "Forgot password" and enter my current email address for the code, google only comes after that they could not confirm that the email address is mine.

Does anyone know what I can do there?
