Why can't I get it?

I wanted to change my email address on my Playstation 4 because I was still logged in with my old one. I went to change email address, entered my new email address and then was already logged out. So far so good, but then I wanted to sign up with the new email address but I did not get a verification email where the code is in there I enter got to. Since I do not have any replacement codes, I can't get into my account anymore. Please URGENT Help I DO NOT GET THE EMAIL.
