Streamlabs shows donation but still no credit available why?

I've been streaming on Twitch for some time now and yesterday I got my first 5 euro donation and then look at Streamlabs and there's also 5 euro at the dashboard but there's no cash available because you have to wait 15 days because of fake donation control or so. I just wondered, is this normal?
