Is this hardware enough to stream Twitch? Pa PastryDalton
I want to stream some Valorant on Twitch via OBS. It shows me that I have 20-40 FPS, but at the same time only a CPU utilization of 0-2%.
How can I fix this? I use x264 as an encoder because I have an AMD
This is very often an overload of the hard drive. If the operating system and other programs want to read / write data at the same time, this leads to stuttering even with fast SSDs.
Otherwise there can be a temperature problem where the hardware clocks down when the PC gets too hot.
And how do I fix it?
With temperature you need better cooling.
If the hard drive is overloaded, the OS and programs you want to use (e.g. Games) must be installed on different data carriers, preferably both SSDs.
If you only have one hard drive in your PC, you just have to buy a second one.
