A good hand cam?

I've been looking for a good, not too expensive handcam for a few months now. I would use it to stream on Twitch. My price limit is 80 euro. Does anyone know a good one? And does anyone know if you need extra lamps? Which brands are good?

I think the Logitech C270 could fit. Logitech is quite good at webcams.

And yes, you need extra lamps if you play in the dark, but if you have good light, you don't need extra lamps. Look under the gooseneck clip light
