Microphone and Cam to stream on Twitch?

I've been streaming again since yesterday. Would like to do that soon with a face cam. Although the Razer Headset, but the micro really is not great when streaming.

Can you recommend something? I was told logitech was good as a cam. As a micro, I would like to have a stand micro with a pop screen.

Am a girl, so therefore relatively little idea.
