If I created my Twitch Prime subscription with my Amazon Prime account (free of charge), is it necessary / possible to cancel Twitch Prime?

When the 1 month has expired will I be debited money? Or is that free for Prime members?

Twitch Prime automatically comes with Amazon Prime if your Twitch account has been linked to your Amazon account. If you quit Prime, you will also lose Twitch Prime.

No, that's not necessary. You have to reassign the subscription every month. It is therefore automatically canceled after the expiry.
