Twitch Prime doesn't redeem?

I recently changed my PC and then had to log in to Twitch prime again with my account. Now I have the problem that everything can collect the level 1 loot again, but in games where I have already done so, it loads forever and it does not happen. I'm not getting loot from higher levels because of that…

Does anyone have a solution?
