Get Valorant Beta Key, but still can't play or log in. How so?

I connected my Twitch account to my Riot account and then looked at Valorant on Twitch. After a while I received a key (message came via email and via notification on Twitch). But on the official website of Valorant it still says that I'm not there. And I can't log in with a Riot account that I had connected to Twitch and to which I also received the drop.

I wanted to ask if others had already had problems with it or if there's a solution.
The Valorant Support could not help me there.
Maybe one or the other of you had the same experience and had a solution ready. I would also be interested in what the Valorant Support wrote to you!

Step 1 - Beta keys only via Twitch-Drop: The keys for access to the closed beta can only be obtained via Twitch Drops, i.e. By watching streamers that broadcast the game live. Now every streamer playing Valorant can https://www.gamestar.de/artikel/valorant-twitch-beta-key-drops,3356683.html. If you are lucky, you will receive beta access as a reward for staying tuned. In order for you to have the chance, you must of course have a Twitch account.

Step 2 - Create a Valorant account: If you want to play Valorant, you also need a (free) Riot account, which you can then use to register. If you don't have one yet: You can create an account on the official https://beta.playvalorant.com/de-de/.

Step 3 - Linking the two accounts: If you win a beta key, you have to link the two accounts. You can easily do this by going to this https://www.twitch.tv/...connection.

You are still not there as long as you are not logged in, but why can't you register? Wrong email? Wrong password? If you can't log in on the page with your Riot account then something is wrong with your access data

But on the website it says that I'm not there and I can't log in. But that doesn't make sense, because I just got a key via Twitch! And also got an email with the message that I didn't get a key.
