Valorant Key but can't play the game?

On April 28th, 2020 (day I wrote the question: April 30th, 2020) I got a notification on Twitch that I now have "access" to Valorant's closed beta.

I connected my Twitch account to Riot and made an account on Riot.com (note, I entered a different email). When I registered I clicked on the "check your status" window.

My Twitch account was connected but was on the page "not yet". I checked my email from my Twitch account and got an email from Riotgames, where it said that I now have access to the game.

I downloaded the game and wanted to log in with my Riot account. Then it said that I have no access to the beta, what should I do?!

Did you have the accounts connected at the time of the message or not?

Your beta access is only valid on the Riot account that you have linked to Twitch. You have to log in with THIS.

You also can't transfer this to another account.

How am I supposed to do that?

I had connected my accounts
Twitch and Riot

How should you do WHAT?

You must have a riot account linked to Twitch to be able to access it at all. You then use this to log in to the beta page

You wrote that you created a new riot account…

When was that? Before or after the drop…

If in doubt, there's official support for these things…

I didn't have a riot account before the drop.
I got it and made a riot account
i connected him to twitch
Valorant downloaded me
Tried to log on
Didn't work
Made a new Riot account
Still not going…
I checked the emails and was directed to the same page where I had to connect my twitch account

Normally you won't get a drop without a linked account. So that's a case for support… Either Twitch or Valorant… Or both…
