I want to use live streaming on Youtube but I still use the old program and that will soon be gone. Have already watched YouTube videos but don't understand it you just have to set the title and so and then start with Obs because if you start from Youtube then the program wants to record me and not the game (screen) Can someone help me or should I switch to Twitch.tv or Mixer.com because I understand better there?
Mixer is not the best, the only thing I can recommend is YouTube and Twitch Mixer would be too unsafe to build.
Change to mixer on mixer you get more range and is easier at twitch you have to pay attention to what you say what can quickly lead to a spell and you go under in the crowd on YouTube you go under in the crowd because actually nobody watch more livestreams on YouTube except for the big Youtubers
What is "the old program"? I myself stream on Twitch, but the software that I use (Streamlab) can also handle YT and Mixer.
Stay with YouTube & OBS
1. Things are getting worse and worse with Twitch, many big streamers are moving away, the audience is getting fewer and fewer, and the OWL is also gone (The OWL alone made up 17% of the audience)
2. Mixer is not really very well known and does not really have much to offer, it is not yet very well known but Mixer will never be as big as Twitch.
3. YouTube will always be there and people will never go out there.
Well what does the mixer not know is Ninja switched from twitch to mixer 🤷🏼♀️
Yes WOW that is 1 streamer out of 100000… The change didn't bring much either, on the contrary, it only harmed me. Previously over 14M followers, now at Mixer there are only 2.5M (just checked).
Mixer is simply not as important as Twitch.
Yes, but changed with good reason
Ever on twitch, as a newcomer you really get lost in the crowd
But that's simply because the crowd is already there. You just have to stand out at Twitch, and if you can't do it yourself, I have to say… We tried it with Overwatch and it took 8 days and we had the first 100 followers together.
It just depends on how you act, how open you are, you also have to deal with people & talk to them. Not like 70% today who just turn on the stream, play their game and wait for one donation after another to come in.
Yes, he changed because he got lots of coal from Microsoft. Microsoft also hoped for more of it. I wouldn't be surprised if Ninja should switch back to Twitch at the end of the contract 🤷🏻♂️
A friend of mine also uses mixer and had over 140 followers after 8 days 🙄
I would simply say that he should choose what he wants to use and where he thinks he will achieve the most 🤷🏼♀️
