I requested my Twitch Prime Bonus for GTA 5, the 1,000,000 GTA dollars are already there, but the vehicles and the arcade still have no discount or are still not free. The request was made about 2 1/2 days ago. Is this normal or a bug? Can I still expect the bonus?

I asked the Rockstar Social Club Support. Because of the arcade, I was told to buy it normally, and then get the full purchase price refunded within 72 hours. The vehicle discounts were not mentioned in the answer.
