Since I've been playing Warframe for a few days now, I still have some questions that the player can't answer.
My questions:
1) What do I need weapon / warframe slots for? I own the Warframe Ember through Twitch Prime. Would I have to use a Warframe slot for them? And where can I find the Warframe slot or is it not shown to me?
2) I have now played through this "first" story, so to speak, the one that you get at the very beginning and that takes place on earth with the missions. How can I unlock the other story missions? Do I have to unlock new planets first?
3) Are there any battles or space battles in Warframe? I heard something, but I don't know if that's true.
4) Do you get any rewards after completing all missions on a planet?
You have a few Warframe slots at the beginning, I don't know how many exactly. However, you can see this in your inventory under Warframes. Warframe slots are required to use warframes. So 1Warframe = 1Slot. If you later want to build more warframes in your smithy but no slots. You can't pick them up anymore. The same applies to weapons and guards.
You can start the next story in the Codex. There you will also see how you get this story. For example, you only get some stories if you have unlocked a new planet.
There are space battles in Warframe. To play this you need a railjack. This is the ship with which you then fly around in the mission. It could also be that a friend or clan friend who has a railjack can take you with them. I don't really know.
As far as I know there's no reward for completing all missions on a planet. However, if you complete all missions on all planets, you have the option of doing arbitration missions. If you do this. Completing missions will get you Vitus Essensen (or whatever you write it). So you can buy in a relay from the Ambiters of Hexis decoration / mods.
