Is it possible to pay a sub on Google Play on the desktop version of Twitch?

I recently wanted to subdivide someone on Twitch, but on the mobile version, a Sub costs 2 euro more than on the PC, so I'd rather take the cheaper option. Now I would like to pay the sub on the desktop via Google Play, so my question if this is possible.
