Do you get the Twitch Prime discounts in GTA 5 even if the action is over?

I got the Twitch Prime Loot for GTA 5 on the 26.10 and wanted to get me the hangar. However, I think I have to buy only the hangar for the normal price and get the money back afterwards if I'm not mistaken. Now I have to earn the money first to buy the hangar and since the action ends on 30.10 I wanted to ask if you can still get the money if you buy the hangar after the 30.10?
