Why can't I get the twitch prime offers on gta 5?

I'm playing gta 5 online and have connected my twitch prime account to my social club account to get the Prime benefits on ps4. I received the 250 k gta dollars yesterday, but I can't access the prime ingame offerings, such as the ruin for 600 k, which my friends get through twitch prime and I have not received the money for the penthouse yet.

Do you know what I can do or if I still get the discounts or when?
