What should I do professionally?

I could imagine something like Youtuber / Streamer. I used to do that for a year until I unfortunately HAD to go to school (was under 18) - at that time I lived on it for a year. The best time of my life.

Not an annoying boss. No way to work. Do what I want and have great vibes.

I'm really considering throwing everything down and trying again UNTIL it works.

Facts:

I'm 23
I do not accept hierarchies or does it not work well in the long term.
Orders are a no-go
Classic self-employment (driving around etc.) wouldn't be my thing either
I want to decide for myself

The fact is that I'm already getting depressed again because I don't want to do the training myself. It is extremely painful mentally and our work system is totally out of date. That comes on top of that and most of all laws.

In front of the working class, I was somehow always on my own. I was so shocked by the rules for employees… I don't know.

I just know that the employment office is going to have a lot of problems with me. Temporary work or something like that, I don't allow myself to be forced upon me. For me, at the latest after my training, it means: Youtube / Twitch or media or not at all.

I also like to do without a wife, children and the typical 0815 boring life.

Question: Are there any online jobs to bridge or something? Cutter? Like this?

Ja

If you have an emergency training course, nothing really stands in your way.

You just have to be aware that investments can also bring losses.

You can apply as an editor if you just look more often on YouTube, they are often searched for.

da

I'm well aware of it. But how do I make my environment, the employment office and everyone I know aware of this? THAT will be more of a problem, because they'll piss me off UNTIL I accept something, where I just won't have time to build something up again, because I run into someone else's pockets. Of course, nothing goes from one day to the next, but nobody will accept that.

Ja

You are welcome to have the dream, but it should be your hobby and, if things go well, your job too.

Ve

Would you like a life where you grow and produce what you need for your life? If the answer is yes then I would highly recommend this to you.

This is not exactly what our job market wants, but it is not forbidden.

I can't say which legal ways have to be followed, but it is possible!

Then you could make the rest of streaming / YouTube.

da

That is the wrong approach. It only worked for me at the time because I really had the full time. Not just for a few hours in the evening, but 24/7 after I dropped out of the technical college. I was able to build something like this through hard work and a lot of time. Over 40,000 subscribers at the time. Today the channel is dead and has 28,000 subscribers, but it stays that way. You MUST have the time for it too. It just doesn't work on the side.

Ja

So I wouldn't quit a job until I have enough for a down-to-earth life.

Ja

Of course, you have to invest time, but it's difficult without a job at the beginning. Do you still have your channel with the subscriptions? Then there might be hope, but you won't get through it that quickly from the start.

da

I already have the equipment… Of course I would have to live at the expense of the state… But what should I do. Germany doesn't offer me an alternative if I want to implement my project full-time and turn it into a career.

Ja

The government costs will not be so easy. They will always try to get you a job. The state does not want to pay unnecessarily.

Ja

Have you also thought of taxes that you have to report to the tax office over and over again? If you don't want to do it, you have to get help from a tax advisor and that costs something again.

da

I refuse. I tell them that openly and honestly. What can I do that they can't offer an alternative? Instead of letting me do it alone or encouraging me, you piss me off with jobs that I'll be kicked out of anyway, that I don't enjoy and probably don't even show up. From a factual point of view, that will do absolutely NOTHING.

Ja

If you refuse, they won't pay anymore either way.

da

You are no longer allowed to cut by 100%. 30% reduction is the limit and I would be fine with that. Or I continuously send out health insurance certificates…

Ja

Even if it works, you'll get enough money to pay for a tiny apartment and something to eat. It just depends on whether you still live with your parents.

Ja

What will definitely happen if you don't take a job is a blackout period.

da

A Hartz 4 block that occurs upon termination (including during the probationary period) entails a reduction in benefits by 30% of the applicable standard rate. This reduction is valid for three months. After this time, you are then either entitled to the full rate of ALG 1 or the full standard rate at Hartz 4.

Yeah is okay. I mean yes… I have to come to terms with somehow.

Ja

I thought we were talking about unemployment benefits, because it's a little different.

Ja

Unemployment benefit 2 recipients must meet certain obligations. Above all, this includes the obligation to cooperate with the https://www.arbeitslosenselbsthilfe.org/jobsuche/ and the obligation to provide information. If these obligations are violated, the https://www.arbeitslosenselbsthilfe.org/jobcenter/ can impose sanctions, in the worst case even a complete Hartz-4 ban.
