Is it possible to make a cool Twitch channel?

I'm 26 and have been thinking about my own YouTube or Twitch channel for a long time because I really love gaming. But I could also imagine something with drawing or something else to share with people online. I just don't know if someone likes to see that… I already informed myself beforehand and it means you shouldn't start without a concrete idea, so I ask is it easy to be discovered as a noob at the beginning? Without now having the most professional video or something?

No, not without investing a lot of money in advertising. And even that isn't a guarantee that people will get stuck.

Normally it is certainly difficult to reach a lot of people, but often it doesn't have to be at all, especially if your primary goal is not to do it full-time.
I started streaming in 2016.
Mainly played BO3 and Rocket League.
Of course, at the very beginning, where I did the whole thing as a complete noob, I also hoped that I would soon have a lot of spectators and so on. The quality of the stream was pretty bad, no microphone used and not really streamed regularly. Then there were a few breaks in between but it didn't matter.
Well now I run it in a much higher quality in comparison, but still have VERY few viewers for most of the games. (I stream 1-2 times a week and I'm definitely not a good entertainer or gamer)
But the thing about me is that I mainly play Rocket League and all viewers can play with me if they want, or chat with me on Discord. As a result, I now have around 90 followers, some of whom want to come back to the stream and play along, or just want to chat or chat with me for a short time.
This is the main reason I still and VERY like to stream. That's exactly what I really enjoy, even if I have very few spectators or more players than spectators. But I don't care, because the way it is is more fun for me anyway. So without any exaggeration, this is perfect for me right now.

So you have to differentiate a bit what you want to achieve with it, even if that is probably not so easy to say in advance and it is even more difficult to predict how well something will go down.
I would highly recommend you just try it out.
If you can draw well, I can already imagine that some will be interested.
When it comes to gaming, and in general, you normally need a little patience. If you're not a natural in terms of entertainment and skill, it often takes a while to get a few viewers in the cut. Gamble with friends or with a spectator and during this, e.g. Discord chat normally comes across better, but not necessarily.
So anything can happen: from famous to what feels like forever 0 viewers.
But as long as you enjoy it, the rest is not so important and I would try the whole thing for you anyway.
