which settings should I use to stream on twitch? I'm currently streaming at 1080p and 4500 kbps. But with fast movements in the game the picture becomes blurred. Can I do anything about it because it still looks good like other streamers?

Become a Twitch partner & adjust the settings.
Alternatively, use a streaming computer (dual setup) and the correct settings. This will give you the quality better, but without Twitch partner status the limit remains at 6000
