How to connect 3 monitors together?

I want to stream on Twitch and would like to know how to connect 3 monitors together.

If your graphics card has 3 connections, connect them to the monitors and simply run screen recognition, the rest of the time Windows does it itself.

With display port

Either you simply connect them separately to your graphics card or, if they support it, you use daisy chain via DP.

If your graphics card supports it, just connect it.

If you have more than two monitors, you have to use the display port for most graphics cards, but for at least the third monitor
