Register business before donation?

If you are not yet a Twitch or YouTube partner and are not yet 18, but you have a YouTube or Twitch channel and then earn one euro through a donation, do you have to register a business?

So only register when you have received one or before that for security?

You must register a business as soon as there's an intention to make a profit.

If you switch your channel on with the recognizable goal of making a profit, you are already a trader. Your status on the platform is irrelevant.
