Can't extend screen Windows 10?

I've just connected my second monitor and actually set it up, but if I want to open Obs on one screen and Twitch on the other, it doesn't work, the tabs are only opened on screen 1 Why?

Drag onto the screen, then close the top edge

then it opens again on the screen. For me, however, not in full screen.
