Yes of course there are people from the public life and if you want what I think you could just write it to you that you should delete it but best ofs and so do a lot and I think the people are also happy to see something like that from you.
Officially, you are not allowed to upload the content without comment from others, there's such a thing as copyright. Practically, however, hardly any action is taken, and if so, it is usually a request to delete the content or demonetization. In the worst case, your channel can be stiked (with three strikes the channel will be permanently deleted) or you will be displayed.
