No verification code from Twitch, why?

I recently bought a new cell phone and wanted to log in to Twitch as normal on this device, all well and good. After logging in, however, I should again receive a confirmation code for security so that you can be sure that I'm. I have tried this code several times, but I still haven't. I get emails from other apps, but I don't get this code. Do you possibly know why? Does twitch have server problems or something similar?

I use it myself and either you have it sent to you again or you look in the SMS
