I found one on Twitch who was looking for followers. My question here is it is a criminal offense to have followers and what are the consequences

The consequence is a ban on Twitch, now you can find out quickly. Doesn't do much anyway, let it be. Better give me your twitch and I'll have a look.

This is not legally punishable, but it can be punished with a Twitch ban.
