How do I add a bot (as a mod) to twitch?

Got the honor to be mod on twitch. I already know most of the time. But what do I have to do so that a bot writes in every 5 minutes, for example? Or does the streamer who set me as a mod have to set so that I have the opportunity to switch on a bot?
