I always stream on twitch from my Xbox one, but I also want to stream on YouTube and Facebook in parallel. How does that belong. I only stream the screen recording on stream my screen is black in obs even though I'm live on twitch

OBS does not show you anything because you have no connection to the XBox. A capture card is required for this, without which you will not receive a video signal for OBS.
