Yes, there are gamer communities that run a Gfx section there are some who offer it - but let yourself be shown a few things beforehand, because not everyone can do it or just clap a few pictures from Google on it

designsaloon.club or tgraphics.de are quite good.
here is to note that you have to provide a few ideas and / or examples so that people know what you like, they do it in their free time so be patient with it that is not possible on a day when it should be good
