How is it possible to get hacked?

I was reportedly hacked out of South America today at Gaijin War Thunder. Several months ago my Twitch I never used hacked from Asia. But changed passwords and never had problems. I wonder now how these "hackers" manage it, because I have very good passwords especially for accounts that are unique, so I do not use the same everywhere. How do these guys manage to hack me anyway? How is that and why just me…

Yes, I have numbers and big and small. A password from me has 12 words and is even a name that is misspelled…

There are many ways:

Trojans that are your PW from the browser if they are stored there
Keyloggers monitoring your keystrokes
You crack a password - eg your email and then simply reset your XYZ password
Bruteforce attacks (unlikely but still partially possible)
Stealing cookies - often enough to take over your session.
etc.

… You do not care about them - the crowd does it. Depending on which account you can use it to push fake shops, distribute rip-off offers, sell likes and followers, send spam, redirect / steal requests, infect followers, fans and friends with malware, …

If you are wondering why - well someone is not quite as safe as you and his accounts can then all crack with one and the same PW. To infect people, for example, a friend's account is better suited than a completely foreign account.

You can also sell followers, likes, etc. Of course, someone could buy thousands of SIM cards and then create thousands of accounts just to sell 1000 Likes for 3.50 EUR, the financial burden is quite high and the Administrative all the emails, etc. Set up even more.

So it's easier to take a few thousand accounts, if only temporarily.

There are also dozens of other options…

Strange… Can it be that you fell for a phishing url? So a website where you log in someone faked you and what the original page looked like. Through this page, they can intercept your password no matter how good your password is. If this is not the case you should worry about malware because otherwise there are hardly any other ways. Make sure your PC or phone is clean from virus keyloggers and Trojans.
