PS4 acc hacked PSN support gives false evidence?

My PSN acc was hacked including my email address

so i called first no problem they asked for my first serial number i also had only 2 ps4s betting on it's population identity card control

so far so good suddenly I get an email I should call on a number I have made there expected me an unfriendly employee who even lied to me alleged that I still had a console (which is not true of the employee who told me that ID card procedure said the serial number is correct) and I should either say the serial number of the now registered console (HALLO the hacker is on it now?) or a purchase confirmation from my mail address read (the hacker has hacked my mail ac with) because I could not that would mine not accented and will not be returned to me

How should I behave now? What can I do and what should I not do?

The serial number is also on the back of the console itself on it.

And how should we help you here? We can't call support and return your account.

I do not ask what you should do I ask what options I still have to take action against this service workers I do not know from Sony whether they have an address somewhere or anything else because of this Sony employees all apparently loaths me for me

I tried and again heist it wait biss it the support edited the service staff has confirmed to me but even if he can't decide he sees no reason why it was rejected

Did I do that problem you can call jar only at the service department which technician then edited it I have no influence on it

GMX does not produce the mail anymore because it has been deleted for security reasons because there were probably several accesses from abroad
