There are hacked Pokemon. Of course, Nintendo doesn't like that and is punished with a ban (can understand that). But I still have a Ditto from Pokemon UM that has perfect DV's everywhere. Since that is not possible in normal game, it must have been hacked. It doesn't have a "hack name" such as "shinyGTS.com" or something like that and is not shiny either. Does anyone know what would happen if you put it in the nursery to breed?
No - a 6DV Ditto is not impossible. It's very easy to get a 5DV Ditto - the 6th DV is then simply good luck.
But yes, you can theoretically be banned for hacked Pokémon. But only if you use them online.
Nothing will happen. Nintendo can't know what Pokémon you have in your after-school care center
