Download the Witcher 3 free add-ons on PS4?

I bought the Witcher 3 in the Game of the Year Edition for the PS4 some time ago and of course I played it through. By chance I recently discovered in the PS store that there are free add-ons and wanted to download them. Now all add-ons in the download folder are waiting for installation and when I click on them and press start there's a notification that the application is not found. Does the add-ons only work if I bought the game in the store?

All of these free add-ons are included in the GotY. You don't need to download them. You already have it all in GotY.

Check out the menu on the left of the game's home screen. The add-ons should all show up.
