Copyright on twitch?

I have a question and I wanted to start streaming on twitch soon and want my channel to be a little Winnie the Pooh themed. So Winnie Pooh alerts and maybe a name that has something to do with Winnie Pooh. Would that be a copyright infringement or not because I'm afraid of being banned.

Hi, as long as you license the pictures, for example in your description with a reference or something similar, it would work in my opinion. But I would be careful with the tones, because if you use them exactly there's a certain risk that they will be knitted.

Ne - a license does not consist of a reference or something - you have to have the corresponding license first to use legally protected things… De facto, using legally protected content without permission is a copyright infringement… Much more can happen than just simply to be blocked on a channel

All right, I was unfortunately not that good on the subject, but thanks for the clarification 👍

Ah ok thanks ☺️ I don't take sounds from Winnie the Pooh and the pictures are from tenor so I think that would have to go then right?
