Twitch ip ban?

Hey have unfortunately done stupid things and now I can no longer create accounts. I've definitely learned from the mistake now. How can I deal with it now and what can I do about the ip ban? Cellphone and pc

If really IP ban, then give a new IP (click on "Reconnect" in the router interface in the browser)
