The modpack in the Youtuber project Minecraft Sky is called "Sky". So far I have only found and played it on the Technik Launcher.

And I have to download the technology launcher for this? Or can I install it with forge?

You have to download Technik Launcher or you can find a way to download only the modpack (or the mods). I don't know if there's anything like that. Sorry ;-)

It would be much more practical to just install the launcher. Downloading all mods with Forge is much more complex.
