I have a problem with subs, if someone subtly doesn't see this live during the stream, I only see the subs in the analytics after the stream, so there's no allergy sound when I stream. It is also not shown in the activity feed, so I switched from TipeeeStream to Streamlabs, unfortunately unsuccessful. Can you help me with my request, maybe several are currently having this problem.
So I use streamlabs myself, stream it on Twitch and have no problems with it.
It's hard to say what you're doing wrong, of course, but I could guess the following:
1. Did you activate the streamlabs as a mod?
(although this is actually only for the chat but just do it if you don't)
2. Did you activate the alerts on the streamlabs page? You can turn each individual alert on or off
Yes Streamlabs is activated as a mod, the Allerts are also activated and set correctly, my guess is that it is more with Twitch, therefore the subs appear there after 1-2 days, so they are not forwarded to Streamlabs.
